: Fortunately I was not in the group whose scores were delayed until late April.  I took my Step 3 on March 3 and 4 and just received my scores at exactly midnight three weeks later.

My story...  I had a difficult time with Step 1 barely passing the second time with an OK score on Step 2.  My take on things...The secret...practice questions.  I was on very busy rotations studying for 2 months 2-3 hours every day.  I read Crush once and did all but 200 UW questions with an avg score of about 55.  It was exhausting, but I stuck with it.
Anyway, I thank God that I passed Step 3 with a pretty good score.
