From my experience, I scored an overall average of 62% on USMLE World. I got 85 on my NBME practice exam, and got 85 on Step 2! Your mileage may very.

I should add that my subscription ran out, and I left 300 questions unanswered. :-( Nonetheless, I was happy with UW.
