46% is too low. I am sure you will get a low NBME. By my experience with a 46% on UW you won't pass the real exam. To pass you need to get higher % on UW. But the most important thing...DON'T RUSH, don't TRY TO PASS... later you will regret when you see that you don't get a residency because of low scores.
