Well MB, since you are planning to take the exam in less than a month- NBME will be a good tool to help you know where you stand. Furhter still, what is your ambition: to pass or to score very highly? If you want to score very highly and have a low NMBE score probably postponding it may be helpful. It is better to delay it and hopefully score very highly than rushing it and getting stuck with a low pass. All said, NBME is the best tool to tell you where you stand. All the best.
