step 3 software is damaged? the java type??

 I'm writing because I just notice today that my software is either not working appropriately or there is something that I'm missing, my problem is that when I enter to USMLEWORLD on the format when u cant download java my cumulative perfomance and score is different from the one that I have on the JAVA type of software...I need help because I cant understand this.
