Don't worry too much. I just got my score of 86 back. I totally misdiagnosed two patients, never counseled and did another 2 patients never improved. I just hate this freakin software and was pretty annoyed by it.
Anyhow, I was borderline at the cases but it counts only for 20% of the exam. So relax!
