Hi,
I am an IMG, too. The most important for CS is to be able to frame in the time that is given to you for each case. For that, the most important is to get plenty of rest before the exam and also, to practice as much as possible. It would help a lot if you took the Step 2 CK or/and even Step 1 before this exam. The best book to study is First Aid for Step 2 CS. There is also another short version of First Aid, called CS Checklists, that I found very useful.
