U have 80% sensitivity in Pts with >7...this is your man. Now u have and additional factor (10%) which would ADD some percentages. That's why u should go with any number that is higher than 80%...and u have only one-it's 81%. Any formulas including the two percentages 80 and 10 put together would be wrong.
If you have ohter choices, example 80% and 89%, u should go again with 89%, because again...u have the additional percentages comming from the general population.
