NBME #1 for Step 2 CK

I am feeling very discouraged. My final percentage after doing all of USMLEWORLD was 55% I then went back over questions doing random mixed blocks of 46 and was scoring between 70% and 76%. I went to take my Step 2 CK yesterday and spent the night in a hotel the night before since the city is 2 hours from the one I live in. When I finally got to the hotel after all the traffic, I could not get any internet service from there supposed "free wireless internet." I ended up going through a number of phone service technicians to only find out by 8pm that my computer couldn't access their signal. I then used the hotel business office computer to take NBME #1. I scored 360 = 180. I was devastated and didn't take the real test today. What went wrong? Why did I do so horribly on the NBME? Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
