: Im an IMG, just received my score for STEP1 248/99. My exam was feb 26. I studied for 1year (working full time).Main books Kaplan,Pathology BRS(realy good), Pharmacology Lippincott's Reviews(SO So), WEBpath(Ptahology images bank, useful and free). And did a lot of questions. Here are my numbers (always new and timed blocks of 50)

usmleRx 78% complete 6 month before the test

Kaplan qbank 75% complete 3 month before...

usmle world 72% complete 3 days before....In my opinion is the best bank, very similar to the real thing 

 NBME 1 600 2 month before exam done without breaks

 NBME 3 580 1 month before exam          "

 NBME 4 620 15 days before exam          " 

 In my test the blocks 1 and 2 were pretty easy, easier than usmle world, block3 was almost imposible I can not remember one single question that I was sure of the answer, block 4 questions were not that hard but very long with a lot of labs, time was my enemy in this block, blocks 5,6 and 7 more less like usmle world.
