: : Hi guys, I seriously need help. This is what I've done so far:

Usmle World 1st time: 45% average, 100% done
NBME 1: 380 (I did this midway of UW 1st time)
NBME 4: 410 (I did this after finishing UW for 1st time)

I then read the first aid throughly.

NBME 3: 380 (I did this after reading the first aid throughly, I don't know what happened here, I made a lot of stupid memory recall mistakes)

Now I'm currently doing Usmle World for the 2nd time: 67% average, almost 100% done

My exam is in two weeks. 
Q) What are your guys' thoughts? 
Q) Will I be okay for the exam or should I postphone my exam? 
Q) What are your guys' predictions that I'll score on the actual USMLE (keeping in mind that my 67% score for UW is during the 2nd time around)?

Please help me, I need as much input as possible.

well 67% is not a bad score on u world but then also it can be a false +ve since ur doing it the second time.

Honestly man UW doesnt simulate the exam. It depends on How much u are aiming for ur NBME scores will probably take u btwn 85 to 90. But then again no one can really say.

IF u really feel u need a bit more i would say Delay it but not more than 2 weeks. Goodluck
