The answer is 1-depletion of ATP
explanation: in ischemia there is no oxygene to produce ATP in oxyditive phosphorylation chain...so all ATP depndant pumps stop including Na/K ATPasa pump,so Na cant go out and there is high intracellular Na(compare with answer 3)which brings in water and leads to cellular swelling,,,na.ca pump also not working cuzing high intracellular ca(compare with answer 2) which activates all the lytic enzymes in the cell decreasing the PH(compare with answer 5) which leads to cellular death....over all etiology of cell injury(not swelling) is thought to be cuz of free radicles like h2o2(compare with answer 5)
in summary: the cuz of swelling is no ATP for the Na/K pump leading to trapping of high NA intraceluular which pulls water and leads to swelling
