i received my ck report yesterday i would like to share my experience
-I prepared for ck for 4 months period.
-studied from kaplan books and videos exclusively.
-subscribed in kaplan Q bank for 1 months and scored 62%
- then subscribed in U.W Q bank and scored 65%
- then i used the U.W assessment form 2 weeks prior the exam and scored 225
- unfortunately my ck score is 90/206

I started my exams with ck, i would like to ask if my above score is good or bad??.., and should i continue in the steps??? or it is so difficult for me to achieve residency even i do hard in step 1
_ really i am so bored please advice me if u can..

Congrats on your good performance. Your score is very good.

Go and prepare hard for your step 1. Once you are scoring in the 90's in all the steps you have a very high chance of getting residency.

your score is fine! Be positive, and study hard for step1.
If you are an IMG consider to take step3 before the residency application.

hello safi; congrets on getting very good score . iam doing prepration of ck before step1 . i am doing question of USMLE W 2MONTHS .first time i got score 58-61% and 2nd time i am getting 68-72 % sould i take my exam in november 2011 . it is imp to take uw selfassessment two prior real exam. please tell me in real exam question will be same like USMLEW Q BANK OR USMLE SA.HOW MANY QUESTIONS did you correct or miss in real exam. god bless you reply me soon thanks SHME
