We are pleased that you have applied to our program.
Our deadline for receipt of application materials is November 1st. Our interview invitations will be sent as quickly as possible after that date. We will be interviewing candidates (by invitation only) on the following dates:
Friday, December 11, 2009 and Friday, January 8, 2010.

This is their getting back to you(acknowledge your application)- thank them for this mail, and then wait for their call /email.If they want to call you they ll get back to you again after nov 1.
