These are the common investigations that you should keep in mind while writing Pt notes.

HEENT

X-ray, CT, MRI of head
Eye- Snellen’s chart, Visual acuity
Ear- Complete audiometry and tympanometry, Culture/Sensitivity for any discharge
Routine CBC with diff, ESR

CNS

Routine CBC with diff, ESR
X-ray, CT, MRI
Lumbar puncture
Carotid Doppler study
EEG
Electromyography and Nerve conduction studies.
Echocardiogram for suspected embolic phenomena.
