"Hi, This is just to say a BIG THANK YOU to USMLEWORLD because I did my CSA 2 days ago in Philly and every single one of my eleven encounters had been discussed in details on the usmleworld website. Because of that, and the fact that I read about the cases before the exam, I was able to approach the cases in a relaxed and familiar way, and I found myself breezing through the exam easily. My first case was almost a disaster, because I had a brain block for about 2-3 minutes during which I could not remember anything at all!! And I was still trying to finish my history when the voice over the intercom said 5 minutes more!-So I had to rush through the examination and patient counseling. But the subsequent cases were ok (kind of because I did not remember every thing that I should have asked or done). But I knew the general directions to go and how to approach the individual cases. Register EARLY with a review course for CSA so that you can discuss and familiarize yourself with all the common cases. If you are rich, you can take Kaplan but why pay thousands of USD$ when you can get almost the same material from other sources (like usmleworld) for under $50? Work it out yourself."

"I did my CSA on Feb 5 in Philly. Two weeks before my exam, I started panicking. Around the same time, I heard about usmleworld and registered for one month. At first I didn't want to believe that all I needed to study was the material in usmleworld, I felt it would be on the safe side to study some other material like Bates, etc. (1200USD is a lot of money to me)!! The one thing I made sure I did other than good preparation was to stay with the SP for the entire 14-15 minutes and to keep asking questions even when I was done with my practiced lines of questioning, but of course, before closing.
