i am 40% done with UW qbank, average score 56%, and just got 61% on the first block in self assessment, my test is next week too.
I think with 224 on the self assessment you would be pushing your luck to get a 99 on the real test. I will do the remaining three blocks by tomorrow and post my score too, but i guess i am in a similar position as yours.
But in any case i am not gonna postpone my exam as i don't want to take the new drug ad and abstract questions.

I am really worried now. Did the remaining three blocks in the self-assessment, and my final score is 420/196.
I got 244/99 on step1 and passed CS 1st attempt, but then i got 246 and 256 in the two uworld self assessments for step1. Also i did 80% of qbank with 63% then.
I am confused now, help me. My exam is on Aug 2nd, i am 40% done with 56% average on step2 qbank. Do you think i should go for it on aug 2nd ? Or should i postpone for a month. But then i would not be able to apply for residency this year. I've gotta get >220 at least on real test, i am an IMG, applying for neurosurgery.

Alright, i just did Nbme form 4, got 350/195.
Obviously i am gonna postpone my exam at least by one month now and do the remaining 60% questions in Uworld qbank. Hopefully if i improve to >230 level from my current 195ish level, i am gonna take the real exam then.
