Let us start writing the last section of new pt's notes, effective from june '12.

We will write the case no. (from first aid, 2o11 edition)along with each d/d, having 2-3 history points favouring it, 2-3 examination points & Investigations...

hello friends,i have one question,if a pregnant lady presents first time and she is more than 28 weeks then do we have to do Leopolds maneuver in examination?

Yes.But i doubt there will be any pregnant patients.Who's gonna let perform Leopolds 10-18 times within 1 day? -)
